Adding the App
Log in to Viro at app.meetviro.com.
Connect your Google Calendar first, if you haven't already (Settings → Integrations → Connect next to Google Calendar). Viro schedules all meetings through Google Calendar — Zoom is used only to generate the meeting join link, not as a standalone calendar.
Go to Settings → Integrations: app.meetviro.com/dashboard/settings/integrations
Click Connect next to Zoom.
Sign in with your Zoom account and click Authorize on Zoom's consent screen.
You'll be redirected back to Viro, where Zoom now shows as Connected.

Usage
Once Zoom is connected, when scheduling a meeting in Viro:
Create or edit an event.
Choose Zoom as the meeting platform.
Viro automatically creates a scheduled Zoom meeting on your connected Zoom account and attaches the join link to the calendar invite sent to attendees.
Prerequisite: Google Calendar must be connected — Zoom provides the meeting link only, the event itself is still created via Google Calendar.
Removing the App
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Click Disconnect next to Zoom.
What happens: Viro immediately deletes your stored Zoom authorization on our end. Viro can no longer create new Zoom meetings on your behalf until you reconnect. Zoom meetings already created before disconnecting are not deleted or affected — they remain on your Zoom account as normal meetings. You can also revoke Viro's access directly from your Zoom account at any time (Zoom web portal → Profile → Connected Apps, or marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Installed Apps).
Troubleshooting
Can't connect Zoom: confirm you're signing in with the correct Zoom account, and that Google Calendar is connected first.
Meeting has no Zoom link: check Settings → Integrations — if Zoom shows Disconnected, reconnect it and try scheduling again.
